By checking this box, I hereby give my consent to Shafer Studios and/or their contracted media vendors or employees to use my image, voice, and/or likeness for the purpose of promoting an event, creating promotional content, etc. This consent applies to any photographs, recordings, or other media created during my participation, and I understand that these materials may be used in any format, including but not limited to print, digital, or online platforms. I further consent the above on behalf of my accompanied minor (under the age of 18). I do understand that I may be required to sign a similar media consent form upon arrival at the event.
